It all begins with an idea.
My entire life I have always been that girl with the camera. Throughout childhood into teens into adulthood, I was always the one everyone could count on for getting photos of everything going on around us. I have always admired those photographers growing up, seeing how beautiful they made people & things seem.
There was so much more than just simply taking a photo though, learning to see through my lens, really see and feel what I was capturing. Photos have always given myself a sense of comfort, looking back at moments in time that have been forever frozen. People, animals, places that we might not ever see in those moments again. I knew I wanted others to feel those same emotions as I do when looking at their own memories.
I am a wife, and a mother to two beautiful children. I adore helping other mama’s creating those special moments we so deserve for ourselves.
I am always down for adventure! I will go anywhere to get the most epic shots. If you are ever having those feelings of “I am too awkward in photos” don’t worry so am I ! I love really getting to know my clients & helping them naturally ease out of their comfort zone, especially when it comes to couples — I have been told I have made their couples sessions feel just like a “much needed” date.
On another note… I LOVE dogs! if you want to bring your furry companion to get in a couple shots with you, please do! It always makes a fun session even more enjoyable & dogs are in fact family.
I recently travelled to South Africa for photography, & I must say it was absolutely breath taking. I could talk for hours about it, & I am already dreaming up my next trip over there as there is just so much to see.
